Use 250g of tandoori paste to 1.25kg of chicken. Add 200g of natural unsweetened yoghurt. Add Salt to taste and marinate overnight or minimum of 4 hours before cooking. Put contents in a flat baking tray and bake in oven until cooked.Alternatively it can be cooked on a BBQ.
Serve with naan bread or equivalent or Oven baked potato chips
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving. (Optional)
