Use 150g of paste for 1 kg beef, lamb or chicken. Grease pan with Butter or oil. Add paste to a greased pot with meat. Add two tomatoes to meat dishes to thicken gravy. Add salt and chillies to taste and simmer until meat is cooked. Add fresh cream or yoghurt to taste. Hint: add these last when the meat is fully cooked and remove off heat when it starts to simmer. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
