Korma (Lamb / Beef / Chicken )
Use 250g of Naaz Korma paste for 1.25 to 1.4kg beef, lamb or chicken. Add required paste to a greased pot with meat. Add two tomatoes to thicken gravy. Add Almonds or Cashews to suit. Add salt to taste and simmer until cooked. Add water to adjust gravy ( Hint:when it starts sticking to the pot). Add coconut cream to taste (approx 60-120ml)
Garnish with fresh coriander before serving. (Optional)
Serve with rice, naan, chapatti or pita bread.
